1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the air999 platform — whether through the website or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and air999.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Continuing to use air999 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To use air999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Air999 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised user of the payment method you use to deposit funds.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of air999 or any of its affiliated companies.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on air999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and select debit or credit cards. The available payment methods shown in your account cashier section are the options currently active for your account.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your air999 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. The minimum deposit amount is stated in the cashier section and varies by payment method. Air999 does not charge any fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges — those are outside our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the air999 payments team. The standard processing time is stated in the cashier section. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Air999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously been verified.

• Withdrawal requests can only be submitted for amounts up to your available withdrawable balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements become withdrawable.
• Air999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
• Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the account holder.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Air999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms here and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal becomes available.
• Each promotion has an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements and remaining bonus funds will be forfeited once the promotion expires.

6 Betting Rules

The air999 sports betting section covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and major domestic competitions, as well as football, esports and other sports markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the air999 system and you have received a confirmation. Bets that are not confirmed — due to a system error, odds change or any other reason — are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, subject to the outcome of the relevant event.
• Air999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed issue or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.

Air999 monitors account activity and betting patterns continuously. Unusual activity may trigger a manual review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily paused. Players are required to cooperate fully with any review process, including providing identity documents when requested.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Air999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
